The RUPES iBrid Nano2 HR81MLII is a compact and versatile polishing machine designed for precision work in hard-to-reach areas. It features SmartFix® technology for quick accessory changes and a new gear system that enables constant-torque rotary operation, even when using larger backing plates. Powered by rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, it offers convenient cordless operation.

The LUX Kit comes in a RUPES Systainer case and includes the machine, two batteries, a charger, backing plates, drive hubs and a comprehensive selection of polishing and sanding accessories.

The iBrid Nano2 from RUPES is designed for professional users who demand precision, power and versatility in a compact format. With its redesigned construction and improved ergonomics, the Nano2 is ideal for working in confined areas such as wing mirrors, door handles, emblems and spoilers. The rubberised neck protects against impacts and scratches during operation, while the redesigned housing provides increased durability and improved grip.

The machine is powered by a high-performance motor delivering up to 25% more torque without power loss under load. This ensures consistent performance, even during demanding polishing applications. Combined with the new SmartFix® gear system, the Nano2 enables stable rotary operation at 2,000 RPM, even with a 50 mm backing plate – making it ideal for paint correction and spot repairs.

The Nano2 comes with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries offering up to 30 minutes of runtime per charge. The batteries are optimised for high performance and can be fully recharged in approximately 20 minutes. LED indicators clearly display the battery charge status. For users requiring continuous operation, a separate Plug & Play mains power accessory is available, allowing the machine to operate as a conventional corded polisher.

Thanks to the patented SmartFix® technology, accessories can be changed using a magnetic click-on system – quickly, securely and without tools. The machine can be configured with several different adapters for both rotary and dual-action movements, making it extremely versatile for workshop applications. It can even be used to remove paint defects such as runs and dust nibs using the included sanding discs.
